Refund & Return Policy

Philadelphia Cup Regatta Reception Tickets

Reception ticket purchases may be canceled for a refund by notifying the Philadelphia Cup Regatta by email no later than September 27, 2026.

Refund requests received after September 27, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, please email info@philadelphiacupregatta.com and include the name and email address used to purchase the ticket.

Apparel & Merchandise

Many of our apparel and merchandise items are produced specifically for each order by third-party production and fulfillment providers. Because these products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges because of an incorrect size or color selection, or because you changed your mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective or incorrect item

After reviewing the issue, we will work with our merchandise fulfillment provider to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the order qualifies.

You generally will not be required to return a damaged or defective print-on-demand item unless we provide instructions to do so.
