Online Purchases

Products and event tickets offered through this website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be changed at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your order.

Philadelphia Cup Regatta Reception Tickets

Reception tickets are provided electronically and are not physically shipped. After completing your purchase, you will receive electronic confirmation of your order and/or access to your digital ticket.

Reception ticket purchases may be canceled for a refund by notifying the Philadelphia Cup Regatta by email no later than September 27, 2026. Refund requests received after September 27, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.

Please review all event and ticket information carefully before completing your purchase.

Apparel & Merchandise

Philadelphia Cup Regatta apparel and merchandise may be produced, fulfilled and shipped by third-party merchandise providers.

Some merchandise is produced specifically for each order. Product colors, sizing and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed online. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Shipping

Shipping applies only to physical merchandise. Shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, shipping carrier and destination. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Reception tickets are digital and do not require shipping.

Returns & Refunds
